RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Rates based on double occupancy, + 300 pesos per additional person
Check-out: 1:00 pm / check-in: 3:00 pm.
Single rooms: 2 people maximum in each one.
Room with 2 Queen size beds: maximum 4 people in each.
All rooms are NO smoking, You can smoke in designated areas.
1 child under 3 years free in the same room as their parents
* During the time of Deads Celebration from October 28 to November 3, these rates and policies do not apply.

Any cancellation or change must be notified in writing or email, otherwise it can not be considered.
Standard Rate – Cancellations must be made a minimum of 5 days prior to the reservation date for refund of deposit. After this term a credit of the deposit total will be extended for three months after the previous reservation, in accordance with the fees at the time of the new reservation. After this period no refund will be made.
Promotional or Group Rates – are non-refundable. If cancellation is received 15 days prior to the date of the reservation, a credit of the deposit total will be extended for six months after the previous reservation, in accordance with the fees at the time of the new reservation. After this period, no refund will be available.
Note: During the time of Deads Celebration, Posada Yolihuani offer a 4 nights package. The usual rates and reservation policies do not apply. See below.
During Deads Celebration if a cancellation is received 30 days before the date of scheduled arrival, deposit will be refunded minus 300 pesos plus whatever charge for the sending of such funds. After this term, no refund will be made.
