Hotel Posada Yolihuani has 10 differently decorated rooms, each with its own distinct style built around handicrafts from all over Latin America. Endowed with a country-like atmosphere the Posada is home-like and informal.
Breakfast can be served in the hall with its enormous wooden beam, in the covered patio, on the verandas, or outdoors near the avocado tree. Everywhere there are flowers, plants, and music from all over the world.
Posada Yolihuani is a very special hotel in Patzcuaro because of its traditional architecture and handcrafted decorations that are complemented by the warm welcome guests receive from the hosts.
The roofs of Posada Yolihuani are terracotta tiles, the ceilings hand hewn beams with cedar shingles, supported by beautiful wooden columns that have been hand-carved by expert Michoacán craftsmen. All the beds are two meters long and are custom fitted with hypoallergenic goose feather and down duvets.
