Location

It is very easy to get here by direct bus or car from either city (highway Mexico – Guadalajara). Pátzcuaro is half way, one hour in either direction, between the cities of Morelia and Uruapan. By car, travel to Morelia or Uruapan and then follow the signs for Pátzcuaro.

There are direct flights to Morelia from Chicago, Los Angeles, San Jose and Houston in the US, and from Tijuana and Mexico City in Mexico. From Europe, South America and the rest of the world, you connect through Mexico City.

Pátzcuaro is located 328 kms (205 miles) from Mexico City, 286 kms (178 miles) from Guadalajara, and 60 kms (38 miles) from both Uruapan and Morelia.
